1. Access to Services

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services.

1.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

2. Use of Autonomous Agents

Our platform allows you to deploy autonomous AI agents. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the configuration, instructions, and actions of your agents.
• You will not use agents to perform illegal activities, cyberattacks, spamming, or harassment.
• AllRounderAI is not liable for unintended actions taken by your agents within your third-party connected applications (e.g., deleting files in Google Drive).

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our IP: The AllRounderAI platform, including its code, design, and underlying logic engines, remains the exclusive property of AllRounderAI Inc.

3.2 Your Data: You retain full ownership of the data you upload and the specific workflows you construct. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Usage limits (e.g., agent runs) reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of your agents.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALLROUNDERAI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, OR (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OUR SECURE SERVERS.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
